We put together the best flea market guides to help you find the
flea markets in your area. If traveling make sure you call the flea
market in advance to make sure they still offer that market.
Getting Started...
Find out from the owner/manager if you need a resell license or
permit to attend the market. You get your license from the county or
state office. Find out what days the market is open and the
hours of operation. You want to come a little early to
give plenty of time to set up.
Make sure you bring with you tables and chairs if needed. Bring
some change and something to put your change in either an apron or
money box. If you can bring a friend to help that is good. You may
have to get to know your neighbor for a bathroom break. Table cloths
make nice looking tables. You can bring your shelves and whatever else
you need for your display. Have a wide variety of merchandise for your
table. I usually make sure I have price tags, markers, paper, and
whatever I need to distribute the goods.
